Easy Returns
You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To initiate a return:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the delivery date.
Refund Method by Payment Type
(A) Cash on Delivery / Pay on Delivery Orders

Refunds are issued as store credits only after deducting the shipping charges.

Store credits cannot be transferred to bank accounts or other payment methods.

Once we receive the returned item, you’ll get an email confirmation and your store credit will be processed.
(B) Prepaid Orders (Card / UPI / Net Banking / Wallets)

Refunds are processed to the original payment source

Refund timeline: 4–6 business days after we receive the returned item

Items must be unused, with original tags and labels intact

Shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds will be credited as follows:

Card payments: Same card used at checkout

UPI payments: Same UPI ID used for the order
You’ll receive an email once your return is received and your refund is initiated
Please do not share any OTP with the pickup partner until the item has been successfully handed over.
